30-Day Full Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

To request a refund, email us at admin@primepathwaylearning.com
with your order number and reason for refund.
All approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to the original payment method.

Refund Will Be Granted If:

The customer is genuinely unsatisfied with the course

The material was not as described

The customer faced technical issues accessing the content and informed us within 30 days

The customer contacts our support team within the refund period

Refund Will NOT Apply If:

The customer did not contact us within the 30-day refund period

The customer downloaded or consumed a significant portion of the content

The customer filed a chargeback without contacting us

Fraud or unauthorized use of payment information is detected

The purchase was a discounted/bundle offer labeled as non-refundable

Proof of Delivery (Services Received Confirmation)

All digital training materials are delivered via email immediately after purchase.
Delivery is considered complete when:

The training material email is sent to the email address provided at checkout

Receipt + confirmation email are delivered

The email does not bounce or fail

The customer replies or interacts with support (if applicable)

These records serve as proof that the service was provided.

Unauthorized Transaction Claims

If an unauthorized transaction dispute is filed, Prime Pathway Learning provides:

Proof of email delivery

Receipt + confirmation

Customer communication (if any)

Positive AVS (Address Verification) match

Billing details matching the payment method

If digital materials were delivered successfully, the transaction cannot be considered unauthorized.

Services Not Received Claims

If a customer claims “services not received,” we provide:

Timestamped proof of email delivery

Purchase receipt

Refund policy showing 30 days to report non-delivery

Terms & Conditions stating email delivery = service completion

If the customer did not notify us within 24–48 hours of non-delivery, the claim becomes invalid.

Before Filing a Dispute

We offer a full 30-day refund.
If a customer does not request a refund and files a chargeback directly, it is considered a violation of our policies.

We will contest the dispute with full documentation.
