Terms & Conditions — Prime Pathway Learning
By accessing or purchasing from Prime Pathway Learning, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Digital Products Only
Prime Pathway Learning provides digital training packages, downloadable material, and educational resources.
No physical goods are shipped.
2. One-Time Payment (No Recurring Billing)
All purchases are one-time payments.
We do not offer subscriptions or auto-renewal billing.
3. Delivery of Digital Content
After successful payment:
Training materials are sent instantly to the customer’s email
A confirmation email and receipt are provided
Delivery is completed when the email is successfully sent to the address provided at checkout
If the customer does not receive the material within 24 hours, they must notify us.
4. Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing, the customer agrees that:
They used their own valid and authorized payment method
They reviewed the product description before purchase
They understand the purchase is for digital training content
They will contact support before filing any dispute or chargeback
5. Refund Policy (Summary)
We offer a 30-day full refund if the customer is not satisfied.
Customers must email support within the 30-day window.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a dispute without contacting Prime Pathway Learning first is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
If a chargeback is filed, we will submit:
Proof of email delivery
Purchase receipt
Customer communication
Positive AVS verification
A copy of our Refund Policy
A copy of these Terms & Conditions
This confirms the service was delivered and the customer had 30 days to request a refund.
7. Unauthorized Payments
Prime Pathway Learning verifies transactions using:
Address Verification (AVS)
Billing information validation
Email confirmation
Delivery proof
If digital content was delivered successfully or the customer communicated after purchase, the transaction cannot be considered unauthorized.
8. Services Received / Non-Receipt Claims
Digital delivery via email is considered full service delivered.
Customers must report non-receipt within 24–48 hours.
If not reported, the claim becomes invalid as per our policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All training material, content, documents, and resources are the property of Prime Pathway Learning.
Redistribution or resale without permission is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Prime Pathway Learning is not responsible for:
Device issues
Loss of data
Misunderstanding of course content
Business or financial outcomes
Our responsibility is limited to delivering the digital training package purchased.
